Who is stronger Captain America or Kingpin?
Fisk is comparable to Batman in that he is at peak physical strength. The man has stood toe-to-toe with some of Marvel's strongest characters and won. He's beaten Captain America in a fight, so it's no wonder D'Onofrio thinks he could defeat Thanos.
Defying his size, the Kingpin is a master of many forms of armed and unarmed combat, especially sumo wrestling. His signature move is the bear hug. His skill is such that he once fought Captain America to a standstill in hand-to-hand combat.
While Kingpin is often seen as one of Spider-Man's villains, no other superhero has suffered at the hands of Wilson Fisk more than Matt Murdock – both in his personal life and as the masked vigilante known as Daredevil.

There is absolutely nothing that the Kingpin can do to the Hulk. Hulk doesn't even need to fight back, he can just sit there and ignore Kingpin.
Is Kingpin an avenger level threat?
Despite not being the most powerful villain on Marvel's roster, Kingpin undoubtedly has enough potential to become an "Avengers-level threat" in the MCU, and Hawkeye could unknowingly provoke Wilson Fisk by interfering in his business.
Although he appears to be a bulky individual, Kingpin is almost all muscle, with just 2 percent body fat. You could argue that he borders on being superhuman, but Kingpin isn't enhanced in any way — he's just solid muscle, built up from hard work and exercise.

However, Wilson Fisk's greatest opposition is Daredevil, AKA Matt Murdock. Clashing both on the streets and via the law, the lawyer-turned-District Attorney Murdock makes great efforts throughout the years to take down the number one gangster in New York.
Wilson Fisk grew up in poverty and was tormented by his classmates for being overweight. Tired of being bullied, he began to train himself in physical combat. When he gained a powerful physique, he forced his former tormentors into joining his gang, and thus, his desire for absolute control began.
